  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup fish cakes (eomuk), sliced

  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped

  • 1 green onion, sliced

  • Optional: boiled eggs, mozzarella cheese, ramen noodles

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Rice Cakes: If using frozen rice cakes, soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
